Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QuickPing. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use QuickPing.

QuickPing provides hosted contact pages with threaded messaging. You can create projects, share contact links, receive messages, and reply from a dashboard. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Your email address is your login; keep access to it secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use QuickPing.

You agree not to use QuickPing to:

• Send spam, or collect messages under false or deceptive pretenses.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for the content sent and received through your contact pages and for complying with laws that apply to you and your contacts.

• New accounts start with a 5-day free trial of the Starter plan. A payment method is required to begin the trial, but you are not charged during it.
• When the trial ends, your card is charged for the Starter plan unless you cancel beforehand. You can upgrade to Pro at any time.
• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of the content you and your contacts submit through QuickPing. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you.

You may stop using QuickPing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. On termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted.

QuickPing is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickPing and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of QuickPing after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
