Privacy Policy

QuickPing is a hosted contact page with threaded messaging. This policy explains what information we collect when you use QuickPing, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using QuickPing you agree to the practices described here.

We collect three kinds of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, and optional company name, provided when you create an account.
• Message content— the messages sent through your contact pages, including the sender's name, email address, and the contents of their message. As a QuickPing customer, this is data your own contacts provide to you.
• Technical information — basic data needed to run the service, such as IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention) and a single session cookie used to keep you signed in.

• To operate your contact pages and deliver messages to your inbox.
• To send transactional email — login codes and new-message notifications.
• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To prevent spam, abuse, and fraud.
• To bill you if you subscribe to a paid plan.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use message content for advertising.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run QuickPing. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Neon — database hosting (accounts, projects, messages).
• Mailgun — sending transactional email.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid plans. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

QuickPing uses a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is httpOnly and is not used for tracking or advertising. Clearing it, or logging out, ends your session.

We keep your account and message data for as long as your account is active. If you delete a project, its threads and messages are permanently removed. If you close your account, we delete your associated data, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, billing history).

You can access and update your profile from your account settings, and delete projects (and their messages) at any time. To request a full export or deletion of your account, contact us at the address below.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed session tokens, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

QuickPing is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email.
